An evening of excellence in dance and music. A magical experience of sensory delight, featuring some of the region’s finest dancers, led by world-renowned choreographer, Kris Jobson, and an award-winning musical ensemble, led by two-time Grammy Award winner, Jonathan Joseph, as they take you on a journey through the universal mind, spanning the ages, and the variety of human experiences.

Presented in three acts, Consciousness in Motion – Traversing the Universal Mind takes the audience on a fascinating ride to explore our shared humanity as depicted on stage.  They then are able to experience story-telling through movement and other performing and visual arts. In supporting the majestic choreography and musical orchestration, lighting, voice and sound design serve as key instrumentation and visual elements, among others, throughout the program.

Magazine

The literary offering of  T.H.E. Humanities Mission is the quarterly publication, Beauty, Substance & Simplicity. A spectacular work of art itself, this magazine takes the reader on an enchanting journey, from discovering the beauty in the things, people and places in our surroundings and in ourselves, to exploring the more complex matters and phenomena in society...and in our individual lives.

The simple beauty of a flower, a step-by-step breakdown of a pressing issue facing society, with possible solutions, the coolest, most timeless fashion, style and decorative trends are the types of topics the award-winning writers and editors explore in a typical issue. It is the kind of fresh presentation and perspective that readers -- avid and casual -- might enjoy with a glass of lemonade, wine or a cup of tea or coffee.
